Beth’s work in leadership development began in a non-profit organization where she served as Education Coordinator for Management Programs in NYC. An engaging teacher, Beth creates an exciting learning environment through leadership development tools and activities that bring theory to life. A seasoned business consultant, Beth’s leadership, team development and strategic implementation programs have served a broad range of industries and several U.S. business schools.

She has worked with experts in the field of organizational transformation and professional leadership development throughout the past fifteen years. The focus of her work with high potential leaders is supporting their transition from tactical managers to strategic leaders.

Beth earned her B.S. from Boston University’s College of Communication and worked in broadcasting and film in Boston and London for several years. She continued her formal education earning an MBA in the Executive program at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Beth is passionate about community service work and founded The Glimmerglass Foundation to raise awareness of and financial support for Art Therapy for people undergoing cancer treatment. Beth is an avid swimmer and parent!
